Wow....has the Mekon ever had a bigger head? That cranium looks like it's about to blow!
it's like a huge mushroom balloon.
I have a feeling that this is Dave Gibbons version of the Mekon, although no artist is credited so can't be 100%
I think you're on the money there. Certainly looks like Gibbons.
